Tiamo is a full service resort, so you won’t need to worry about all those extra costs that can often make a vacation twice as expensive as you’d bargained for. All your meals are covered in the booking fee, as are soft drinks and local mineral water. Many of the activities on offer at Tiamo are complimentary too, including canoeing, snorkeling (in the sea just off the resort), floating cabana, paddleboards, fun cat and sailing. You can use the gym, the library and the internet free of charge, and transfers to and from Mangrove Cay and Congo Town Airports are covered as well.

Rates are in US Dollars per villa per night, and based on two people sharing.

Please Note – The room rate does not include alcoholic drinks, non-Bahamian mineral water, government taxes (10%) and service charge (15%). Some activities, such as the spa, beach picnics, island boat tour, bonefishing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, wakeboarding and water-skiing are yours to enjoy for a nominal fee.

A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

High Season is November to May inclusive.
Low Season is June to August inclusive.
Our resort is closed in September and October.
