Bahamas Fly Fishing on the Flats of Andros IslandThoughtful in preparation and graceful in execution, fly-fishing is an angler’s communion with his or her environment. At Tiamo, we embrace the unique naturalist perspective of the fly-fisher and seek to provide our angling guests with the highest quality experience both on and off the water. The tidal flats and mangrove swamps of Andros Island are renowned among fly-fishers as the home of some of the best bonefishing on earth; they are home as well to tarpon, barracuda, jacks, and several species of shark. To minimize fishing pressure on these treasured flats, Tiamo will only accommodate a maximum of six anglers in three boats at any one time. |
