Bone Fishing

The Bahamas are renowned the world over for bone-fishing and South Andros in particular offers you, our visiting angler, a truly unique experience of exciting and challenging fishing. An almost endless variety of shallow, hard sand-flats, tidal creeks, mangrove-covered shorelines, tiny islets and sand spits run all the way to the fabled "West side".

Set on the South Bight, Tiamo enjoys direct access to these remote fishing areas, many of them wadable hard white sand. Guests regularly catch trophy-sized bonefish in the azure waters right in front of The Great Room.

 For some of the most prolific bone fishing action anywhere in the Bahamas, it is hard to beat Tiamo. Andros is not known as the bone fishing capital of the world for nothing!
