Savor the flavors of carefully crafted Caribbean and fusion cuisine, made using the freshest local and organic ingredients, and complemented by an excellent selection of wines from some of the world’s best vineyards.

The ambience of the Great Room is stylish yet relaxing. Colorful artwork adorns the sea blue wood walls, candles light the tables, and the gentle, tropical breeze and sounds of the sea form the ultimate backdrop as you enjoy your meal. Beach-side chic dining at its best. And of course, all your dining is included in the price of your stay (except if special request). For an extra serving of romance with your evening meal, choose to dine alfresco on the terrace. Come at sunset to take in the splendid views over the pool to the ocean as you enjoy the European inspired fusion cuisine and a glass of something refreshing. Or arrive later for a moonlit dinner for two under the Caribbean night sky and let the tantalizing aromas of barbecued seafood that drift up from the lower deck set your appetite racing.
